One window, done properly.
Day 60 is a retention agency for DTC health and wellness brands. We don't run ads, build stores or write content. We work the gap between a customer's first order and their third, resulting in reduced cancellations, subscribers staying for longer, and increased AOV.
Why Day 60 exists
Most retention work is campaign work with a retention label on it. More sends, better subject lines, or a discount when someone tries to cancel. It moves this month's number, but it does nothing to build real retention.
Meanwhile the actual mechanism sits untouched. A supplement usually takes up to three months for a customer to be convinced it actually works. The subscription charges at the end of month one and the gap appears: do they stay subscribed or do they cancel? The resulting cancellation lands in month three, but most brands are looking for the cause in the wrong place.
That's a solvable problem, but different subject lines aren't the solution.
How we work
We buy the product and subscribe before we say anything about your program. Your flows show you what should happen, our inbox shows a subscriber's experience.
We also call the customers who cancelled. This isn't a survey link, it's an actual conversation. We ask what they expected, when they stopped, and what would have kept them subscribed. Most agencies don't do this because it isn't glamorous and it doesn't scale, but it's the only reliable way to understand the real reasons behind cancellations.
We read retention by cohort. Blended monthly churn is a comfortable number that hides early-cycle leakage, and it's the single most common reason a brand doesn't know the problem exists, or how to solve it.
We put a number on things too. Every recommendation comes with what we think it's worth, how confident we are, and what we might be wrong about (some things don't always turn out the way you predict).
We stay small and specific. One industry, one window, and a handful of brands at any one time.
Who you'll be working with
Nick Sanders
Founder, Day 60
Fourteen years in digital marketing. Most of it spent in the unglamorous parts: deliverability, automation, and the questions around why customers buy, stay, lapse and return.
A lot of that work has been in health and fitness with specialist health practitioners, personal training businesses, and gyms. It's a different business model to a DTC supplement brand, but it has the same underlying problem: someone signs up full of intent, but they stop seeing progress before the results arrive, and then quietly disappear. Retention and win-back in that world is similar and it's where the day sixty pattern became impossible to ignore.
Alongside that, email deliverability consulting: auditing Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign and Customer.io accounts for agencies and eCommerce brands, correcting email infrastructure and DNS, and testing subject lines and copy against what actually gets opened. It's the part most retention agencies outsource or skip, and it's also why a lot of month two and three sequences don't work. They were built properly, but subscribers didn't see them, didn't open the emails, or the content wasn't worth their time.

Day 60 is deliberately small. You'll talk to the person doing the work. When we bring in specialists for copy, design, or build outs, you'll know who they are and what they're doing (and why).
