The Day 60 Audit
A scored report on what happens to your customers between the first order and the third, and what it's costing you. Delivered in two weeks.
$2,500, credited in full against a Sprint or your first month of The Program.
What we look at
Six sections. The first one alone is worth the fee for most brands because very few have it written down.
-
The cohort baseline
Order one to three conversion. Subscription versus one-time split. Median days between orders for one-time buyers and frequency changes for subscribers. Churn by tenure month rather than blended. Skip rate versus cancel rate. This is the picture your monthly dashboard is hiding.
-
Days 0-30: the expectation gap
Does your welcome and post-purchase sequence set a realistic timeline for results? Is there an educational series that informs individuals what week two feels like compared to week eight and week twenty-four? Is anything helping them develop the daily habit that actually leads to them becoming a long-term subscriber?
-
Days 30-60: the dead zone
What lands between the bottle running out and the second charge? For most brands the answer is not much, and this is where the decision is made. This section is usually the shortest to write and the most expensive to ignore.
-
Days 60-90: the order 3 gate
Pre-billing notification, replenishment timing against actual depletion rather than a default 30 days, and whether anything marks the milestone when a subscriber reaches it.
-
The exit
Your cancel flow, read as a customer. Is pause offered before cancel? Is skip more prominent than cancel? Is a reason captured, and is there a reason-specific save? Cancellation reasons are the most under-read dataset in many DTC businesses. If you have a leaky bucket, there's little point pouring more water into it.
Then we go further than the data: we call cancelled customers and ask them what actually happened. This surfaces reasons no form can ever capture, and it's the section of the report most brands read twice.
-
The Klaviyo layer and measurement
Subscription events flowing cleanly, tenure segments analysis (and whether they exist at all), list health, deliverability, and consent. Then the question underneath all of it: is anyone reading retention data by cohort or is blended churn quietly hiding an early-cycle leaky bucket?
What you get
A Day 60 Score
Out of 100. It's weighted across six sections, so you can see where your program is strong and where it isn't. We re-score it later (during a Sprint or The Program) to see what moved.
A prioritized gap list
Every gap with a number attached. "Order two to three conversion is at X%. Moving it eight points is worth $Y a year to your AOV." Ranked by what we'd do first and why.
The deck and a walkthrough
A short document you can forward internally without translation, plus a fifteen-minute recorded walkthrough so your team can watch it without scheduling anything.
No obligation afterwards
The report is yours. Plenty of teams take it and implement it themselves, which is a perfectly good outcome. If you'd rather we built it and implement everything, that's where The Sprint comes in.
What we need from you
Read-only access to Klaviyo and your subscription platform, a Shopify report export, and a 45-minute call. We buy the product and subscribe ourselves, so we see the initial journey the way your customer does rather than the way the flow builder says it should look.
For the cancellation calls we'll need your sign-off on a short script and the contact records already held in your CRM. We call as your brand, but we don't pitch and we don't make offers on the call. It's purely an information-gathering process that provides key insights.
