Beyond Day 60
Every day, another cohort of your customers reaches the window. The Program helps them stay subscribed when they're thinking about cancelling.
From $6,000 per month. Three-month initial term, then rolling with 30 days' notice.
Retention isn't a project
A Sprint fixes the program you have today, but your customer base is a rolling front. The cohort who bought in March hits day sixty in May, and the one that bought in April hits it in June. The thing that worked last year won't automatically work this time around.
Products change. Offers change. Seasonality moves the shape of the curve. The brands that hold retention over years are the ones treating it as a continuous rhythm rather than something that's fixed once.
What we do every month
- Cohort review: retention by tenure month, not blended churn
- A tested change to the window sequence, compared to the previous test
- Campaign calendar built for existing customers, not just the list
- Cancellation reasons read and acted on, every month
- Flow maintenance, deliverability and list health
- New product and offer integrations into the lifecycle
- A written monthly review you can forward, plus a call
- Re-scored Day 60 Audit every quarter, so progress is measured
Sprint or Program?
The Sprint builds. The Program runs what's been built.
A Sprint has an end date and is finished at the end of it: the correct flows exist, segmentation works, the cancel path does what it should. It fixes the program you have today, and for some brands that's just what you need.
The Program is what happens after. The processes we built now face a moving target: new cohorts arrive, offers change, products launch, seasonality shifts the curve. Somebody needs to keep testing it, reading the numbers, calling subscribers who cancelled, and improving the sequences to prevent churn.
The Sprint is the building blocks, The Program is continuous improvement and iteration, helping to increase the number of subscribers who stay for longer. Plenty of brands do the Sprint, take the documentation and run it themselves. Others can see why The Program will benefit the bottom line in the long-term.
You shouldn't start here.
We won't take a monthly engagement from a brand we haven't audited. Not because of doing the audit for the process, but because we'd be guessing without first assessing.
Start with the audit. If the gaps are small, we'll tell you and you'll have spent $2,500 finding that out. If they're not, you'll know exactly what The Program will work on and roughly what it's worth.
