How Day 60 handles information collected through this website.
Last updated: August 2026
Who we are
Day 60 provides retention, lifecycle and CRM marketing services to direct-to-consumer brands. Our registered address is 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any question about this policy, contact hello@daysixty.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, company name and website, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the services.
We collect basic analytics about site usage, which may include pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, and device and browser type. This is used to understand how the site performs, not to identify individuals.
If you email us or book a call, we retain that correspondence and the details you provide.
Lawful basis
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and operate the site, on performance of a contract to deliver services to clients, and on consent for any marketing email you have opted into. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Client data
In the course of client work we may be given access to a client's customer data through their platforms, and may act as a processor on their behalf. We access only what is needed for the engagement, we do not copy customer data out of client systems except where necessary to produce agreed deliverables, and we delete or return working copies at the end of an engagement. Specific terms are set out in the client agreement and, where required, a data processing agreement.
Cookies
This site uses cookies or similar technologies for analytics and basic functionality. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop the site working.
Third parties
We use third-party providers to run this business, which may include form handling, scheduling, email, analytics, payment processing and cloud hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for as long as required for contractual, accounting and legal purposes. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy in portable form, or complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these, email hello@daysixty.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
