The Sprint
Six to eight weeks to build everything the audit found, in priority order, with the revenue case attached to each piece before we start.
Typically $7,000 to $15,000. Your audit sets the scope, and the price is fixed before anything starts.
What gets built
Scope is set by your audit, so no two Sprints are the same. These are the pieces that come up the most.
- The month two & three sequences: the thing that doesn't currently exist
- Expectation and guidance across the first 30 days
- Replenishment timing rebuilt against real depletion data
- Pre-billing and milestone communications
- Tenure-based segmentation, so month-one and month-nine customers don't get near-identical emails
- Cancel path: pause, skip and swap surfaced ahead of cancel, with reason-specific saves
- Win-back built on cancellation reason rather than a blanket discount (they're an individual: they should feel seen)
- Klaviyo backend: events, properties, suppression, and deliverability
How it runs
Week one: scope and sequencing
We agree what's in, what's out, and what happens when. Everything is ranked by modelled revenue and its impact against build effort. Sign off before anything is built.
Weeks two to six: build
Flows are built, copy is written, segments are created, and all the plumbing in Klaviyo is fixed. A weekly written update with what was finished, what's next, and if there is anything blocking us moving forward.
Weeks seven and eight: launch
Everything goes live in a set order so we can tell what actually moved. Reporting is set up so the numbers make sense even after we've finished and handed over (if you don't decide to join us on The Program).
Handover
Documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and an honest take on what we'd do next. If that's just let the system run itself and check in on it once in a while, we'll say so. Every brand is different.
A Sprint is finite on purpose
A defined scope that takes eight weeks with something finished at the end.
What The Sprint isn't able to do is change and develop over time with your business: new cohorts hit day sixty every day, new products launch, and the sequence that worked at end of the Sprint won't be as effective anymore. That's the Program, and most brands move onto it once all of the building is done in the Sprint.
Some choose not to, and that's fine. You can take the documentation, run it in-house, and call us if things start to drift.
